Law and the Future of War
Law and the Future of War Research Group investigates the diverse ways in which law constrains, enables or ignores technological change in the context of national and global security. They focus particularly on the legal challenges posed by autonomous functions of military platforms, systems and weapons.
Research papers are accompanied by policy briefs that provide an executive summary of the papers. They also create a podcast which interviews experts from diverse fields to explore how new military technology and international law interact.
